About Me
Hi, I’m Sabella Neal (pronounced Suh-Bay-Yuh)! I was born and raised in Los Angeles and now live in sunny Tampa, Florida. I’m the owner of Sabella’s Notary LLC, and the Founder and President of Breaking Chains Foundation Inc.
I’m a writer, creator, and podcaster, sharing my journey of surviving child sexual exploitation and trafficking—something I didn’t even realize until 14 years later. Now, I’m passionate about advocating for victims and mentoring survivors. My mission is to rescue and serve survivors of trafficking for His Glory alone!
When I’m not working, you’ll find me at Crossover Church, tending my garden, doing yoga, enjoying concerts, or relaxing at the beach. I love sushi, and I’m a proud doctoral candidate in Business at Liberty University. Through my work and personal story, I hope to inspire healing, hope, and change.
